What a pleasant surprise! I recently stayed at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to be just a stone's throw away from the old town. The hotel itself is full of charm, housed in a beautifully renovated tenement house that exudes authenticity. The attention to detail in the design and decor was impressive, giving the place a great vibe.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic. No improvements needed!

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, very close to the city center and the charming old town. the rooms are spacious and light with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. the bathrooms are clean and spotless. the staff provides excellent service with a warm welcome and helpfulness. the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start the day or enjoy a leisurely meal. this hotel offers a great value and memorable stay with a fantastic view of the surrounding city.

The Wi-Fi could be improved who need to use it for work or other purposes.

The parking lot was a plus, and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. , the location of the hotel was very convenient to get to the places I needed to go. the bed was quite comfortable, and I managed to have a good sleep every night.

The internet service was awful and not reliable. It was slow, and I couldn't connect to it in my room most of the time.

Spent Easter in a lovely hotel/apartment that was neat, modern and homey. the apartment offered a big bathroom with all basic amenities and a well-equipped kitchen. It's great that we got to cook our Easter meal. the apartment was conveniently located near all the attractions and only a short walk from the city center. the town had a picturesque old town area with many charming buildings. It was great to explore the town's history and culture. the locals were friendly and welcoming. It was an unforgettable Easter!

That the parking situation was not clear. We wish that there was an English language version of the handbook/text messages to guide us through the parking.
